15 Minutes. 13 Questions. 1 Customised Programme.

I’m a full time coach and a single mum of two. I know what it’s like to be flat out and still want to feel strong in your own body.

This isn’t a program you download and hope for the best. We talk first. I want to know what’s actually going on in your life, not just your goal, so what I build you fits the week you’ve really got.

I get a genuine buzz out of seeing someone do something they didn’t think they could. That’s the whole reason I do this.

What actually happens

  1. 1. Call me, or just fill out the questionnaire below instead.

Fifteen minutes. I ask, you talk. No pitch.

  2. 2. I build your program.

Around your week, your gear and your body, not a template.

  3. 3. We go through it together.

Second call. Anything that does not fit, I change.

  4. 4. You get your own page.

Your program lives there. I check in.

  5. 5. You choose how much of me you want.

Do it yourself with check ins, or train with me live. As much or as little as you need, and you can change your mind any time.

“I had not trained in eleven years and I was embarrassed about it. Jessie never once made me feel like that was a problem. She built the whole thing around school pick up and I have not missed a week since.”
Renee
“My knee has been rubbish since I did it playing footy in my twenties. I expected to be told to stop squatting. Instead she changed how I squat and it stopped hurting.”
Mark
“I am sixty eight and I can get off the floor without using my hands now. That is the whole review.”
Barbara

Who I work with

Parents, grandparents, teenagers, people who have never trained, people who compete. If you have a reason to start, I can build around it.
